An exchange is possible if the returned item is in sellable condition (unworn, unwashed, and unopened) and if the product being requested is in-stock.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including the shipment back to Bandwear for exchanges and/or returns.
To exchange an item, ship to the address below along with a print out of your original order email receipt and a note stating what item(s) you are exchanging and what item(s) you are exchanging for. If you do not have your original order email, please include a note with your full name and order number.
