Orders with in-stock items typically ship within one to two business days, however some items may take some additional time to fulfill for various reasons. If a product does have a different expected turnaround, the product's description will outline this as "usually ships within X number of business days". Pre-order items will contain an "expected ship date". We do not split ship international orders. If you order multiple items, your order will ship per the expected ship date of the latest item.
When your order does ship, we'll send you an email notification with tracking information. If for some reason you didn't receive an email or can't check your messages, you can login to your account and check your order status. The shipping notification email and your account will show when your order sent out.
International shipping varies greatly depending on the country. Canada, the United Kingdom and the EU can generally expect arrival within 2 weeks. Other parts of the world could take up to 4 or more weeks and things like pandemics and other local issues can affect that delivery. Please do not create a support ticket asking where your shipment is until at least 4 weeks after its shipment.
Note: CUSTOMS:
International shipments must clear customs and there is no visibility for tracking between the time your package arrives in your country and clears customs. Customs can add a week or longer to your delivery timeline.

As most of our clients are bands we deal with many pre-preorder campaigns and items. If your order has not yet shipped but you feel it should have shipped, please go back to the product page in the Artist's store to verify its preorder status. Many times you may not have noticed the "expected ship date" on the item. Please do verify these ship dates prior to creating a support ticket.
